Jumpstart your CrossFit experience with our comprehensive On-Ramp program in Rockwall. This 4-class program introduces you to all the fundamentals of strength and conditioning while improving your comfort level with CrossFit's functional fitness workouts.

The goal of our On-Ramp Program is to give inexperienced athletes an introduction to the CrossFit training methodology and class structure. More importantly, we'll instruct you on how to perform our core movements safely and in a controlled environment, to reduce intimidation and risk of injury when you join our regular classes.

On Ramp Offers One-On-One Training And Real Results

You'll get the chance to work one-on-one with a trainer to introduce you to our gym, our workouts, and our culture before joining the group sessions. At CrossFit Swashbuckle, we want every client to feel comfortable and capable in all of our classes. Post On-Ramp, you will have the knowledge to tackle CrossFit classes with the rest of the gym community.

On Ramp classes will be held every first and third Saturday every month and last 60-90 minutes.
