On-Ramp is a 5-day course that covers all of CrossFit's foundational movements. It is a prerequisite to joining our gym UNLESS you have previous CF experience of 3 months or greater in the last 2-3 years. You will be instructed in a small group or one-on-one with one of our super qualified coaches. Please email admin@crossfitswashbuckle or call/text Diana at 850-496-7437 to schedule asap! We offer this course every 1st and 3rd week of each month. It is 5 consecutive days and meets at 5amn-630am Monday-Friday.
